About Aberleri Seaside Cottages

The Bourne family have been providing holidays on the Mid Wales coast for well over half a century, initially as a camp site operator in the 1940's then expanding into holiday parks.

In 1992 we purchased the tumble-down Aberleri Farm in order to fulfil a long-standing ambition to convert the property into a group of seaside holiday cottages offering modern-day luxury while retaining the character of the traditional buildings - right down to the re-use of the old beach stone which had formed the original walls.

Having completed this labour of love we decided, when we sold our family business Sunbourne Holidays in 2001, that we did not wish to part with Aberleri. We therefore formed Cambrian Leisure so that the cottages could stay in the ownership of the family.

We take great pride in the cottages, which have our own day-to-day personal supervision as we look to maintain the highest of standards for visitors who we wish to have the very best of holidays on the Mid Wales coast.
