The bedrooms are reached by a 44-inch wide corridor from the spacious entrance hall.

Stairs lead from the hall to a large twin-bedded room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Bathrooms, kitchen and hallway have tiled floors, bedrooms are carpeted.

The Croft has three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, and all rooms in this cottage are on the ground floor. All doorways have a minimum of 30-inch clearance. The entrance door leads to a wide hallway and a wide corridor leading to a door opening on to the patio area. The lounge also has patio doors, which open onto a south facing paved area overlooking the Cambrian Mountains and wide expanse of the nature reserve. The roll-in shower room, toilet and hand basin arrangements are the same as those in The Granary.

The Aberleri Indoor Pool which adjoins the cottages is owned and operated by the holiday park. A card key can be obtained from Reception. There is a fully equipped accessible toilet and changing room within the building. The pool itself is approximately 3ft deep, no deep end but only vertical steps are provided for access into the water.

Swn-y-Mor Holiday Park is located a few hundred yards from the cottages and the facilities and services they provide are available to guests in the cottages. There is a shop, amusement arcade, catering and licensed club, all with level or easy ramped access and the club also has toilets accessible by wheelchairs.

Local amenities include Aberystwyth’s ‘Shop mobility’ facility, which is available to visitors as well as local residents.
